This is more or less what we reccied. Since I didn’t actually lay it on Sat, they may have done it a little differently, but prob not too far off. There is also prob a bit of extra distance due to trail squiggles I’m not taking into account … I’d bet it was 6.5 or thereabouts.

Had I not been the holder of the Black Sheep stats on Sunday I would have ridden Wheelhopper this week, and made an effort to go to the picnic at Scream’s & Cheese’s house afterwards.

“no one ever dies on their birthday” – hmmmm – can that really be true? I might have to do some research. Glad you made it thru the day, you could have done the chicken-ish (as Niplets discribed it) trail, supposedly 3 miles. Found out too late, the ish meant lots of creek & swamp. I’m not sure about the 3 miles either. I love wet sand in my shoes for miles. Wheelhopper was fun, you really need to join us someday again.(I know, when it isn’t a Black Sheep weekend)
