Looking forward to hearing this weekend all about the recent change in your professional life – over beers, of course.

Ran a couple of miles yesterday and will run a couple more tomorrow – should be ready for 7 this weekend… well, maybe not ready, but I probably won’t die…

I have an idea, and don’t take this the wrong way, but what about one of those exercise/spa types of places? I know you’ve been running, but spending a week doing some intense training might really help with your mental (& physical) well being.

You could also just visit the “best of the South”! (whatever they might be)

Maybe the change at work is just the “Kick in the arse” that you need to start looking or upgrading your work set……..

vacation…… you could go to Iowa with us and ride a few days of RAGBRAI at the end of July. And, then for the real fun, you could be my date to my class reunion, since Allan said he’s done it once, and that is enough, he will stay home with my family.
