One Day Closer To The Weekend

About the only thing that I did wrong last night was to hang around George’s for one “too many” beers. My lingering caused me to head home and eat some food (not needed) and then go immediately to sleep.

Read Along With Me
Today’s passage from Notes To Myself.

Accept what it is. That is what is required. Accept reality as reality is to me now. Recently I have been feeling anxious abut every little decision — what should I wear? — what shouldn’t I eat? — did I lock the door? — am I worrying too much? Right now this anxiety is my reality.

To all who have helped me — Thanks.

I Finally Won A Game Of Scrabulous!
However, the game still frustrates the hell out of me and I plan on removing the game from my Facebook account once I complete the one game I have in progress.

I wonder what use I will have for Facebook once I am no longer playing Scrabulous.

Here are my new running shoes. These are the ones that I purchased from One Step at a Time last weekend.

New Shoes

I actually really don’t like this photo because I think that it is too soft. I bumped up the ISO and dropped the f-stop in order to get a reasonable shutter speed. However, I didn’t have the time to perfect it. My recent photography, as well as the lack thereof, has frustrated me greatly recently.

Here is a snapshot of my March calendar

I know that I am the person responsible for creating such havoc, I just can’t stop finding things to do.

Look Closely And You Will See
I am scheduled for two concerts tonight. I will definitely be at Alejandro Escovedo concert starting at 8pm at Eddie’s Attic in Decatur.

If I am still feeling up for live music I will swing by The EARL to catch Gringo Star.

Tonight’s A Survivor Night
And I won’t be around to watch it…. Therefore I am going to make a prediction for tonight’s Survivor eviction. The easiest guess would be Jonathan (aka “Penner”) since they showed that preview of him needing medical attention, but we all know that we are being put on by CBS’ editors. We know that the tribes get mixed up tonight, but I don’t know how they are going to perform the task.

I am going to go out on a limb and predict that tonight’s biggest loser will be — Eliza.

As an odd side note: I wonder why CBS doesn’t gray out the survivors who have been voted out?

And now for some ideas stolen from LiveJournal…
Current Mood – good
Current Music – listening to the “Net @ Nite” podcast
Website Of The Day – I seem to be on an online magazine kick… Today you should check out False Magazine. People familiar with Atlanta should also drill down to The Map Project.
Exercise (b)Log – running, 4.5 miles
Monthly Foot Mileage – 24.5 miles
Monthly Wheel Mileage – 0 miles
Mode Of Transportation To Work – My car
Monthly Marta Rides – 0

March Goals
1) Run no fewer than 75 miles
2) Ride Marta no fewer than ten times (five round-trips)
3) Read at least one book

Cheers,
Paulie [eatl/ga]

  1. Barb says:

Since they are mixing up the teams on Survivor- I’m going to guess Chet will be gone. I wonder if they will split up the lovebirds.

  2. I think that it will depend on how they pick. If a guy must pick a girl then I am sure James would pick Parvati and Ozzie would pick Amanda. I am sure that the opposite would occur as well.
