Yeah! Well done on your fourth Twisted Ankle and the great breakthrough time.

Everyone who went and completed it is making me feel like a total lard arse at the moment. I can't even make it to a hash at the moment. Actually, with my growing tummy it's a struggle to make it round the block with my toddler and dog! Dammit!

The irony of today's quote was not lost on me. :)

(btw- Career Fair in our building is really slow, that's why I have a few minutes to comment)

Congrats to all you Atlanta-area wankers who finished the Twisted Ankle!

2:40!!! Way to go, Paulie.

By the way, I'm sure you aren't bragging but excitedly "sharing... some recent recognition or achievement with" friends. ;-)

Sounds like a great weekend - makes me want to join you for the 5th anniversary...

Alcohol consumption? Us? ;) My only regret was that the bag full of empties was placed into the trash can in the camping area tied to my name.

Earlier I said that I did make the jambalaya at home yesterday -- and burned the crap out of it. Oops.

Well done all! Sounds (and looks) like there was a good time had by all. And I'm sure there was no breaking of state park rules about alochol consumption.

Maybe by next year, I will have forgotten how steep that hill is and will want to return and run.

>How was the campfire jambalaya?

Since Paulie is busy today I'll answer...

There was so much food floating around the campsite Saturday evening that he didn't bother to make it. I believe he cooked it up yesterday when he got home.

As for my run...I finished in 2:49 and managed not to hurt myself, yeah me!!!
Paulie did awsome Saturday, we all did.
