Ha, that’s not creepy. I am out in East Atlanta often and plan to spend more time supporting the hood. I tend to hit Midway Pub a lot because I like their beer selection and still have about $55 of my $100 winnings to spend. If you do see me, please say hello.

btw- You can speak to me in Italian and I’ll know it’s you immediately. Of course I won’t understand a single word you say.

I was at the last home game, too. The night before they had fireworks at the end of the game. It was cool! (I had to count on the fireworks to cheer me up because I am a Met fan. Sob.)

according to the above 5 states have a ban on handheld cell phone use. Looks like it was last updated in July 2008.

However, I think certain justistiction can ban them even if the state has not, so I guess it might be hard to tell.

@Barb: I didn’t mean to imply that I was never invited; just the opposite in fact. I said that you kept inviting me but that I could never make it for one reason or another, so I understood why (I thought) you stopped.

If I was anal and saved all my old emails, I’m SURE I could find where I invited you (and others) to join the bike crew. I’m pretty sure I’ve invited you every year for the past 4 years. So, WRITE THIS DOWN, you are officially invited for next year. And, technically, you don’t need an invite, you could just do it because it is a good cause and a great way to meet some new people.

I already signed up for next year, if I decide not to participate, my money just goes to the cause.

@Steve: I wasn’t invited to help with the breast cancer walk this year.

I think that there is too much “play” in my left pedal which allows my knee to wobble, thus causing the pain because of poor technique. If my (fading) memory is correct it’s always been my right knee that gives me running issues, therefore I suspect the pedal.

Are you rolling your knees out or do you just think your cleat is out of line. I’m having problems with my left knee, but I think it’s only a fitness issue… at least that’s what I hope. And I agree with Barb and Martha.. you should have helped with the breast cancer walk.

@Barb: I was telling Brad that you used to invite me but that I never made it out. I can’t even remember the reasons now, but I know that all efforts for me to volunteer have been thwarted.

@Steve: I need to piddly my rides a little more, at least until I can be assured that I won’t hurt myself riding. I’m going to sure up my pedals and see if that helps my knee problems.

Wow – have you finally surpassed your goal for your monthly wheel mileage this month?

Martha agrees with me, you need to come out next year for the Breast Cancer Walk. We had a blast, even though it was a damn long day in the saddle on Saturday.
