I’m pretty sure, over a short distance, he would beat me, but I’ve got him on long runs.

I’ve got Nancy checking on the dogs Wednesday afternoons, now that there is no hurry for me to get home, I will be out to George’s more often and I’ll take you up on your offer.

Martha- I seem to recall when Tom was in shape, he didn’t have much problem hanging with the A group. You’re always welcome to join us… I may not be able to keep up with you, the way I’ve been running lately.

I had no intention of calling in today. I got home late last night (1:00am) and woke up late this morning (8:30am) with a headache.

The fact that the weather is going to be nice today is a bonus.

It wasn’t cold last night, it was twice as warm as it was yesterday morning for the first run of the day. Heck, I even wore my running skit, it was down right balmy.

FYI Steve, Tom is not as slow as he says he is, I mean he might be slow compared to what he use to run, I was expecting a leisurely jog, that is not what I got. Tom is out of town the next two weeks so maybe I’ll try to run with you big boys next week.
