There are some new meds out there that you can take-- I don't have the name handy but its not the round of prednesone that they usually give you which comes with crazy side affects. You can also get a one-time prednesone shot that will clear up most of your icy. If I were you, I'd visit the local doc-in-the box and see what they can do for you.
