I really like my second name choice as well, but I've made some inroads with the Jalapeno Beach moniker (I already own <a href="http://www.JalapenoBeach.com/" rel="nofollow">Jalapeno Beach</a> for instance) and hate to give it up without being sure that I'm doing the right thing. I know that an LLC is unlike a Trade Mark dispute when it comes to name and similarity of business, I’d just like to avoid the confusion if possible.

If anything you could get more business if some types the address wrong, and it could go the other way as well. (only during the Superbowl though). I'm thinking your LLC name really doesn't have to be exactly the domain name, though I'm sure that would be helpful.
