I know that an LLC is unlike a Trade Mark dispute when it comes to name and similarity of business, I'd just like to avoid the confusion if possible.

I really like my second name choice as well, but I've made some inroads with the Jalapeno Beach moniker (I already own Jalapeno Beach for instance) and hate to give it up without being sure that I'm doing the right thing.

For your LLC, I would keep the domain name the same as the LLC, it doesn't matter if the names are similar, and close in what they do. If anything you could get more business if some types the address wrong, and it could go the other way as well.

See - I do pay attention to some commericals. (only during the Superbowl though). I'm thinking your LLC name really doesn't have to be exactly the domain name, though I'm sure that would be helpful.

And - glad to hear there were no surprises with the blood work. That is good news.

I do Barb. ;)

GoDaddy has been the place I've registered domains for the past three/four years. I can't say they are the best domain registrar but there are coupon codes to be had which saves me some money.
