What kind of red did you get? ? From where?

get this – the UPS guy that brought my last wine delivery actually ID’d a co-worker. He said the were told to do that when it says on the box that you must be 21 or older to sign (she is young, but doesn’t look that young). We all laughed, because it also said you can’t be intoxicated to sign & he didn’t breathalize her as well.

That was the second Ranger I’ve consumed. The first was bottled, last night’s was draft. The bottled one seemed much hoppier to me, the draft version seemed more drinkable to me.

I liked the Vanilla Porter though I can only see myself drinking it on very cold days (like yesterday here in Atlanta) and not having more than one at a sitting due to it having more than a “hint” of vanilla.

In other alcohol news UPS just delivered my latest wine.woot.com order of two bottles of red. I opened the box in which they were packed and each bottle was very cold.

I think we can definitely plan on going to the Thrasher/Devils game – Allan isn’t working & I think that will be a great thing to do for our anniversary – it will be 8 years that day…… damn, 8 years! I’m sure we can talk Kevin into going, & maybe some other ITP reading peeps???? Steve?

BTW – was the Ranger really hoppy? I”m wondering if that is the one I heard I wouldn’t like all that much.

Every article I read has information of medal count by country and references when “we” win such-and-such medal. Meh. I’d rather see the best athletes all competing with similar uniforms, well, except when team sports are involved I guess.

I have a tentative concert planned for April 6th but I’d be glad to attend the Thrashers/Devils game instead if you are planning on attending. I’ll look around for ticket deals.

I’ll look through the Glads’ schedule and throw out a few dates to see if we can set something up.

When I start riding the train again using a 30-day pass I can always hop off the train at Arts Center and buy tickets. Shoot, I can also use that as an excuse to force myself to walk to my car as well.

why do you have to be jingoistic to enjoy the Olympics?

If we can figure out a date, we would love to go to a Gladiator game.
I’d like to go to the Thrasher/Devils Tuesday April 6th – know of any deals on tickets?

I’m with you on ticket fees….. I’ll go out of my way & maybe even spend more on gas to go buy a ticket from the ticket office.
Maybe work out something with parking & Marta to make these places “on your way” to somewhere?
