Yeah, the BellSouth lot (as I shall always call it because I parked there when I contracted to BellSouth) is usually only $5, $10 at most. The fee was even more sinister because a quantity of one was filled in by default and if you weren't paying attention you'd buy a parking pass without realizing it.

One of the things you missed was my love for my DVR because I fell asleep *twice* during The Amazing Race and had to rewind. For a while it felt like we were running a Wheelhopper with all of the up and down hills.

I'm with you about the corked wines. I was so relieved when I realized that this bottle was drinkable. I hope the rest of the wines I open this year will be as well.

$5 or something like that in the lot behind the Fox....... $12 is crazy.

Had to scroll past the Amazing Race update - after drinking plenty of beer at Wheelhopper, went to bed early.

We had some good hike-a-bike up a big hill on Wheelhopper yesterday, but that is what happens when you ride near the Chattahoochee. I'm a little tired today, but it did make we want to get out on my bike again.

I hate CORKED wines. It is so annoying when it happens, you just see that money you paid for it going down the drain.

I just bought a ticket for "A Prairie Home Companion" which will be at The Fox on May 22nd. Let me know if you by a ticket too and want to meet up.

FYI - Ticketmaster happily tacked on $13 to the $75 ticket I bought and tried to sneak a $12 parking pass into the mix as well.

I have an alarm, it is wireless, and I don't have a home phone. (I am not sure how it works but it does, as I set it off myself a few times).
Security Services of Georgia installed it and they are great. You can call John Dunning at 678 444-4999 and get a quote.
I have nothing to do with them other then I am a satisfied customer.
Thanks and good luck to you!
