I was going to ride my mtn bike yesterday- decided I didn’t have the energy.
    I understand…………
next Sunday is Wheelhopper- I’ll DIE on it. It’s a joint ending with Black Sheep, we have to go, so Allan can get his mug.

I should have ridden outdoors but I just couldn’t motivate- I was cleaning the shop of hay since the boys are gone for a few months, then started the process of cleaning the hottub. I had put the sump pump in to get whatever water (rain) was in it (full to the brim) and now need to clean the fiberglass. There are some stains that will require some science, but hopefully will be able to come off.

Debbie texted me at 7:25 on her way to her first day. She had a sore throat all day yesterday. Hopefully she is feeling better.

Barb, do you know where the WH is next weekend?

This is a classic example of harshing on/about your body. Instead of celebrating the win, “yay, I rode my bike!” it instead has to become part of the beat-down of how miserable your fucking life is. I”m not gonna preach here, I’m only saying something because my comment last week flew over your head in the style of Foghorn Leghorn (“you’re too low to the ground son, the fast ones go over your head”.

So, yay, you got out on your bike! I got out on mine too. It’s so good for my soul.

And here it is straight from Foghorn Leghorn’s mouth:

This reminded me of another of his classics, “I keep pitchin’ them, and you keep missin’ them.”

Alrighty, I’m out, now back to our regularly scheduled ITP programming.

  5. Steve says:

There’s a hash name in there somewhere!

  6. Barb says:

oh yeah – we went & did the Atlanta hash Saturday – up in Sandy Springs around Morgan Falls. Wasn’t a long trail, but it was plenty hilly.
Hare was a guy that moved here form CO, he should have told Ouch she wasn’t really physically able for that trail – lots of steep & lots of slippery leaves.
thanks to Davey Crochet for being her babysitter.

Then went to Red Sky in East Cobb for dueling pianos Saturday night for a friend’s birthday – it was of course a funny evening. The 2 piano guys did a good job.

  7. Wound up taking the day off, should probably tell my boss. About to try and steal the pensioners’ money at bingo.

  8. Barb says:

but – you have unlimited vacation- so DO IT!!!!!
and – I could use some bingo winnings – send it my way!

  9. steve says:

Random hasher sighting- Tastes Like Chicken working at the Ace Hardware on Scott Blvd.

  10. Pensioners’ money safe today, I won nothing.

  11. Good thing no one reads this after dark because I am druuuuuunk at the
    moment.
