Damn them early risers, huh? 😉

Should be a very quiet day at the office – I think the other half of our customers are closed today. (half we closed on Friday).

Good weekend – started with Tasty China & bowling Friday night.
Saturday got some things done around the house, and met some friends for a quick drink at Cowtippers (they needed to borrow our big cooler), then a dinner party at our house that night.
Sunday – Black Sheep – only did 1/3 of trail due to another hasher not feeling well & had to car hash. Then we has Christmas Eve pizza with Sani, ACF & Burning Bush.
Christmas – Waffle House breakfast with the in-laws – I feel the need to go to a place that never closes for Christmas & tip the waitress. Then home to make Beef Wellington – that filet that Allan bought from Heywoods Meat Market was amazing.
Brought all the food across the street – told the in-laws they got to host us!

    • Fun hash! I wanted to return for pizza, but by the time I got back to my car I was ready to head home — so I did.

we ended up at Mellow Mushroom near Northlake – 1st couple places we picked we closed.
but- Sani didn’t seem to want to head home, and I never turn down pizza……….

Barb, the Beef Wellington looked marvelous!

Lovely seeing everyone Friday. My bowling better improve quickly or I’ll be embarrassed next week.

Saturday and Sunday were spent cleaning at the Ben Hilton. The basement is now camera ready. It was a quiet Christmas Day. Breakfast with our favorite snarky waitress at Huddle House. (I agree Barb, big tip on Christmas). Debbie loved her Chromecast widget. It was a cinch after getting it connected to the wireless. She gave me lots of clothes and 5 half hour music lessons from our friend Doug;s business in Newnan. I’ve said that taking voice lessons was on my bucket list and I’ve always wanted to play keyboards, so I get to tinker with both!

Dinner with friends last night- prime rib on the BGE! Tasty.

  4. After 17.75 years of living in East Atlanta (and paying City of Atlanta property taxes) I am now a card-carrying Fulton County Public Library member. Stacy, I will return your ID card next time I see you.

What’s next, repairing the ITP Estate? Ooh, I think that I need to sit down…

    • Steve says:

Who are you and what did you do with Paulie?

    • ITP Lurker says:

Two things I particularly like about the Fulton County library web site are the ability to request books online (they’ll ship them to whatever library is near you, in your case the branch across from the High or the EAV branch). You can also renew books online, which for me is crucial because my best laid plans for library books *never* pan out.
