Technically the lawn didn’t need to be mowed today, but I needed the exercise and it does look slightly better.

Made a run at running yesterday afternoon. I started strong, but petered out midway. Today’s motto is “Just because it’s a meat day, doesn’t mean that it has to be an over-eat day.”
