I hope that this year I can spend money on fun things, and not just on house and health. Of course that assumes that I have money, which, given the current direction of my stock holdings is not guaranteed.

The last printed magazine to which I subscribed, Photographer’s Forum, has ceased operations.

Yeah it sucks being an adult and having to spend (way too much) money on grown-up stuff.

Happy 7th birthday Willow cat! We’ll have a little birthday party at home tonight before I go out with a friend.

    • Yep, it does. “House” is The first winner of The “Who’s Going To Take My Money?” game in 2019 when I mail my City of Atlanta property tax check.

      Happy Birthday to Miss Willow!

  2. Oh yeah, the M6’s Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alarmed again, and it looks as if one tire has a slow leak. So, I get to take care of this soon as well. I bought tire insurance (wish I had do e the same with dental insurance last open enrollment), let’s see if this malady is covered…

    I need coffee…

      Tire insurance at the dealership?
      or from somewhere else?
I have my tire insurance at Discount Tire, and I have used it more than once.

      • From the dealership. It paid off once already when I ripped a tire hitting a curb doing a right hand turn. I did that again last year, and wonder if I damaged the tire enough to cash in again.

I really need to stop hitting things… 🙄

    This adulting stuff is HARD!

    TRAFFIC JAM in LUTHERSVILLE!!
I normally leave the house at the same time every day, so I know what traffic to expect- coming into the neighborhood, zero. When I left today- 5 cars! Something was up- a tractor trailer had the road blocked into Luthersville. I don’t know what he was trying to do but he was stuck and I was screwed. I doubled back to a dirt road that gets around Bear Creek and it was barely passible in my car. Those folks coming into the neighborhood were either flying by the seat of their pants, or following Google maps, which leads drivers onto the horse trails!!! hahahahahaha

Happy Birthday Willow! Make your mom give you some of that good wet food!!

traffic jam in Luthersville – will it be on the news tonight????

      • Steve says:

Unlikely… the Newnan newspaper might pick it up.

Debbie left about 8 and said it was still FUBAR’d.

And anyone following Google maps down to Rocky Mill Rd will also be F’d as that bridge is closed- just open enough for a bicycle! Ask me how I know!! 🙂

We’ve been watching a TV show called Mr. Mercedes – its an adaption of a Stephen King novel (or novels) and a friend worked as the publicist on it. Filmed in Charleston, Bo had to basically live there for 4 months, twice.
Season 1 was pretty good, but now its gotten so freaking weird in season 2 – but we only have 2 episodes left! And damn it – I really want to know how they are going to end it. Watching it may be our Friday night excitement.
