I guess not hashing is one way to avoid drinking on a weeknight. I didn’t leave the office until after 5pm last night, and with all that I knew that I should do at home I couldn’t justify giving up at least three hours to go hashing, even if it did start at Glenwood Kroger (again).

It’s going to be a struggle to convince myself to give up this last day of spectacular weather and spend three hours inside for German class tonight.

Tuesday Tale of the Tape: 212.0 pounds (-0.4 from last week’s weigh-in); just think how well I’d be doing if I were actually exercising the way I am supposed to be exercising…

  1. Wow, I am looking at the weigh-ins from last May and I will have a difficult time repeating that success. By the end of May last year I was down to 206.6 pounds!

Thought we would go out of belated Mother’s Day dinner last night – Mary decided we weren’t – so maybe we will do that tonight.
Plumber is supposed to be arriving this morning to start all the fun…………

Allan had to go make 2 trips to Floor & Décor yesterday – 2 of the bundles of tiles in the middle of the stack were broken. And – of course after getting back home again, he realized that the squares are 13×13 (not 12×12) so those have to go back too. We will just use the 12 x 24s.

So sorry to hear about that fireman who was injured. Life changing to say the least.

Busy this morning trying to fix other peoples mistakes- always fun!!

Games meeting tonight, but the hotel is too busy for our meeting so we’re meeting on the field. Brought my bike and am riding round the mountain beforehand.

just got the call from Allan, can you go to the bank & get cash for the plumber?
I told him to ask for a cash discount – they liked that idea!!!
I guess 4 guys can get a hell of a lot done in 1 day -they just have to come back in a month for a couple little finish things, but can’t do that until we get the cabinets & the stove.

It’s been weird waking up and not being able to read the morning blog and having to wait all day to see what you guys are up to. LOL. Day 2 in Germany is complete. Day 3 may have some weather challenges… TBD.
