Hot hash last night, about four miles or “running”, ending with copious amounts of water and an order of garlic “knots” (more like garlic tots) at Johnny’s Pizza.

Tuesday Tale of the Tape: 212.0 pounds (-1.8 from last week’s weigh-in); the roller coaster heads back down!

The rain had already left College Park, heading South yesterday. I drove into and through it and came out the other side to completely dry roads just before Newnan. By the time I got home, it had all but disappeared from radar. Summer shower, for sure.

It had cooled off a bit by the time I went for a run about a quarter to 8. I’ve noticed lately the day after a run, my left heel and foot hurt for a day or so. I hate getting old.

Started (re) watching Stranger Things last night. I think we tried before and never got very far. Now that I know a lot of East Point are locations, including sites not far from the Ben Hilton, I’m paying more attention. And just to keep up…

We got no rain in Marietta last night.
I wanted to hash, but decided a pedicure was more needed.
Then -since I was near Town Center mall, I went to the mall, I wanted a new bathing suit top for out weekend at Margaritaville- Lake Lanier this weekend.
I went to a mall – what a dead place. Macy’s had a ton of choices, but were way too pricy, Belk was ok, Sears needs to just close, and I finally found 1 at JC Penney. I got some steps in, and remembered why I never go to malls. It was kind of eerie – all the employees you can find were like zombies.

Sears is dead, they just don’t know it yet. It was the only credit card my dad carried. Shame.

Today I weigh 128.5 lbs. (-3.5 lbs.) although I’m sure it’s just water loss from two full days of sweating. I’m going to revel in it anyway 🙂. Besides 8 hours of sweating at Black Sheep, yesterday I did 21 miles on my bike around noon (not the plan), then walked nearly 2 miles to MARTA followed by the aforementioned Moonlite hash. I think I’ll stay indoors today.

The fam is gone so now I am working on cleaning up after them and need to do tons of resulting laundry (sheets and towels). Nice visit, it was just bad timing with the stress of laying a Black Sheep.
