It has been a frustrating week; like trying to peel a hard-boiled egg whose shell you think will slide right off, but shatters into a hundred pieces that you have to fight to remove. A lot of my frustration and sadness is caused by my glacially-slow healing ankle, as well as some mental stagnation felt with the rest of my life.

There have been highlights though, like spontaneously going to Horizon Theatre last night to see a well-acted play.

Porchfest tomorrow, all that remains is trying to figure out if I am capable of riding a bicycle. Black Sheep Sunday, I already know I will not be capable of doing Dumbfuck’s tral.

*Hugs*. It will be a fun weekend and will take your mind off your woes. 🙂

Good morning from Stone Mountain. The trailers were moved into position Wednesday, we did a little housekeeping and received the rental tables and chairs yesterday. The bulk of the equipment arrives today.

I’m hobbling around like Festus from Gunsmoke. (look it up!). My plantar faciatis bloomed Wednesday and has not abated. Debbie’s knee scooter might help a bit, but for the moment I’m biting the bullet.

Ceili (new horse #1) comes home today. Phinney will have to behave himself around the new girls. It’s been a while for a mixed farm.

Barb, you know where to find me tomorrow…

Steve- hopefully we can find you.
most of our friends have bailed for one reason or another, so it will be just us & Mike (Holy Dick) and his friend.

  3. Frustration Week continues..l. I tried watching some of a tutorial that I purchased a few weeks ago (I have an email confirmation of purchase) but when I log into my account it is telling me that I have not purchased the tutorial. 😡

  4. Whoa, just rewarded myself for climbing ten flights of stairs by eating a big, meaty, plate of free BBQ! 😋😋😋 Today was a “Tenant Appreciation” lunch; got to get it while “XYZ Corp” is still in business, you know.
