I’m heading up to visit the Raleigh Royalty, bidding adieu to my fake nephew Cooper as he prepares to embark on college life. One aspect of old age is seeing people who you’ve known since birth become true adults. Were it not such a time dependent occasion I may have canceled my plans, as that area is predicted to get about 5″ of rain over the next few days. Good morning! I have nothing to report except we took Finn to Surin for dinner last night. We got so many appetizers we didn’t bother getting main dishes! Basil rolls, beef satay, potstickers…and a side salad for me.
OH! I forgot to mention that we started watching A Man in Full this week. It’s entertaining but does NOT follow the book at all.

decided the 2nd number from Verizon was more $$ than its worth – so cancelled them already. I swear the guy said $5/month – but it is $10 – plus taxes, etc, so over $15/month. That is totally not worth it to me.
I think we’ve had more stupid little issues this change over than ever before. Allan still hasn’t gotten the Verizon cloud to work – so I told him to look into a google cloud. I’m now using the iCloud instead of the Verizon cloud – so not sure if that’s why his isn’t working.
