I made chicken and veggie stirfry for dinner and we watched an episode of Virgin River. That show is very bad, and yet we are hooked.
Working on my 50th birthday trip to Europe this summer and am trying to decide if I want 9 nights or 10 nights. You all got sick of being there last summer and took earlier flights home — how long was it before you were ready to go home?
Oh, I don’t recall get tired of being there, okay maybe I had enough of Amsterdam. If I could have traveled around Germany for another month I would have done so.
In all I spent about three weeks abroad. Go for ten nights… you only turn fifty once.
I don’t know, Jenka, I think for your homebody self two or three nights might be the sweet spot. The rest of us? 10 days minimum. 😉 😉 😉 Plus, 9 days just feels odd… 😉
You know what they say? “Go big or go home!” (I crack myself up.)
I get to plan Debbie’s 1st anniversary of her 59th for next year. I’m thinking a week in Scotland, ending at the Burghley horse event in England. I think there will be 8 of us.
Steve, I thought you might pick up on my math joke (9 days feels odd), but I can see that clearly *all* of you have standards when it comes to humor. Harrumph. I’ll just see myself out. 😉
Wordle in 2! That’s a pair of deuces n a row. TYVM.
A pretty quiet evening. Debbie wasn’t feeling well. We watched stupid TV and I made breakfast for dinner.
20 minutes on the trainer, as I wanted to get dinner started.

You and Betsy both scored a deuce today. Well done.
Oooh well done all you 2-fers! 3 for me; starting with BRAND
Hope Debbie’s feeling better Steve

This is my worry — I am generally ready to come home after 5 or 6 days. We spent six nights in Buenos Aires a couple years ago and I was very ready.
I was feeling a little sick – so Allan & I came home a day early – but I would have been fine other wise

That sounds perfect!

didn’t read it close enough – but – I would have probably missed it anyway
