Wordle in 4 and I went from only 1 letter in the right place to complete. Boom.
Saturday in the office went well. A few devices failed to reconnect, but waited until Sunday to recover. Saturday evening, we drove to Jersey, GA. for a post wedding reception for Games friends. Jersey is between Covington and Monroe, FYI.
Sunday, 21 miles of a lot of gravel. Then attempted to mow. 1 blade not moving, fixed that and continued, then NO blades moving- broken tension spring. Parts ordered. No more mowing until that’s installed.
Have fun, be careful, on your left…

you should have taken the trailer to the wedding reception – that’s a lot of driving on a Saturday night.
Fun weekend out in Conyers – great to see friends we don’t see nearly enough.
One medical issue at the party Saturday night, so Allan’s statement of “don’t make me work this weekend” did not come true. But – Allan & an anesthesiologist took care of it until the ambulance arrived. The patient is ok – just got to spend the night in the ER instead of at a party. (& needs to get a cardiologist & have some follow up)
That’s going to always be the way with an EMT. He’s working even when he’s not. Glad he was there.
I need to come for a visit. I have some crank creak I can’t solve on my gravel bike.
wordle in 3 – what a lucky guess for my 2nd word
It was a fun weekend at the ballpark. The Saturday game was at 4:00 so Kevin and I got there early and hung out on the battery until game time. Sunday my friend Sarah came with me and we explored the new food hall they built over the off season. It was pretty cool to see Grindhouse and Taqueria Tsunami and other restaurants, but you know the food won’t taste the same because the stadium won’t allow each restaurant to run it’s own stall. Anyway, the weather was 75 and sunny both days, so it pretty much could not be more perfecter.
Have fun at BRAG! I would die on those hills.
The restaurant is there but they can’t run their own stall? I’m missing something.
They have a food hall inside the stadium?
I hadn’t heard that, but – it’s not like I’m trying to hear info about the stadium.
Yeah, they made a cool food hall down the first base line towards the outfield. It’s got local Atlanta restaurants, some cute little markets where you can pop in and buy a snack and a beer, and one large restaurant/bar to hang out in. They just built it in, like, February.
When the owner of NFA Burger pulled out I read the Atlanta Business Chronicle article where they said that Truist Park does not let any of the restaurant owners cook any of the food. All food in the stadium is made by a third party company that operates all the various food options. The restaurants can teach them how to make their food, but that’s it. And that is the reason why the H+F burger at the stadium is shite.
So basically we can use your logo and make something that will tarnish your reputation! Where do I sign?
LOL — pretty much!
That is why the owner of NFA pulled out, he is very concerned about the quality of his product. Rightly so.
I’m learning a lot today
Day two done, more on that tomorrow.
One downside today is that I somehow broke the back glass on my iPhone. Minor crack, that happened the day o dropped it? I really checked it that day, so I thought that I’d have noticed the crack that day.
don’t you have a case on your phone?
Negative. I do have Apple Care, so I may take it in.
