After giving up on riding last night due to rain I finally got back into WLF to slam in the four posts that I will use for two Florida weaves to keep up the six San Marzano tomato plants I transplanted yesterday.

Wordle in 3 and I had the first 3 letters with my first guess! So close to a deuce.

Yesterday was a frustrating day of trying to fix mistakes somewhat of my own making. Their repair caused a different problem which also now has to be fixed! Grrrrr.

As I drove to the Games meeting last night, the lightning was VIVID and I was happy that it was off in the distance. I never really went through rain though.

Barb, what is the schedule for the second best bike mechanic in the Grove family? I need to get the gravel bike crank creak repaired- I can almost stand the noise, but riding with someone else is not happening until I get it fixed.

he’s around, at the station tomorrow & Sunday – Friday night we have plans, Saturday late afternoon we have a retirement party in ATL – next week is pretty wide open.

Next week I’m on vacation to the national BMW rally! I might drop it to him on Sunday. I can find his station in West End or buy him lunch somewhere.

        • Barb says:

text him that you will come by the station – that way he can remember to put the rack on the car.

The weather here is absolutely perfect, 74 degrees and sunny with a nice breeze. Today we did two cemeteries, one small and peaceful where Mozart is s buried. The other was huge and beautiful well cared for, it’s called Central Cemetery and it’s only about 7 kilometers from the old town. Beethoven, Brahms, Strauss, and Schubert are all buried there. Also Heddy Lamarr, but apparently she is no longer famous because no one knows who she is.

Now a rest before we go to the opera tonight!

  4. Done with laundry and a stop at Kroger for gas and vittles. It’s amazing how quickly I can break out in a big sweat.
