I Have SO Much To Say

But no time to say it. Circumstances required that I spend morning “blog” time doing this stupid thing called “running.”

And if you’ve ever considered giving me a new hash name might I suggest the following:
“One and Done”
“Catch and Release”
“The Sound of One Hand Clapping”

Time permitting I’ll be writing while flying to Raleigh later this afternoon.

If running is getting in the way of blogging… I have to say, reluctantly, I support it.

  2. Let’s just say that I received a “rejection” letter today that I needed to run off rather than write off.

It was chilly and very windy. My run make have sucked ass, but at least it’s done.

Running instead of blogging? A perfectly acceptable excuse, I like it!!! I ran a mile this morning in my VFF, they are not the shoes to wear for a cold, wet run. My tootsies were frozen by the time I was done.

    Have a safe, fun trip!

  4. Oh and for those who read my Facebook status last night I wanted to prove that I didn’t die for CO poisoning. 😉

  5. Barb says:

Who is this Paulie? Running instead of blogging?

“The Sound of One Hand Clapping”
not sure about that as a hash name.

  6. I agree, that one is the weakest of the bunch. I just didn’t want to sound too morose. HAHAHAHA, sometimes I crack my ass up!

Running wins when rejection occurs. Since there has been no one to reject me in a long time the blogging kept on winning. Make sense? No, but that’s the “logic” to which I will stick.

    Dashing off to a meeting…….

Oh, and I forgot to mention that in this morning’s news delivery I was described as a “catch”. I don’t know if she reads the blog, for I think if she did she might have reference to “catch and release” as well.

We are considering going to NC & doing this road bike ride……….. not sure any more than we want to go – it is a friend’s 40th birthday that weekend.
(probably staying in Raleigh, but again, no plans made yet)

    anyone else interested?

  9. Barb says:

oh, I guess the date would be helpful- Saturday 3/19

  10. Martha says:

Her loss…you are a great catch, the sooner you start to really believe that, the sooner someone special will figure it out.

I remember why and when I started running…holy cow what a mess my life was at the time. I look back now and can’t for the life of me figure out why I let someone else have so much control over my happiness. It all worked out for the best!!

The ride looks like fun Barb but I think the next trip we take will just be the two of us.

She found someone else, so apparently it’s her win.
