“It’s” Winning

Just a quick post to let people know that I am alive, barely. I had an incredibly fitful night of sleep, finally getting real sleep shortly before I was due to wake up.

I’m at the office, miserable, but here nonetheless in an attempt to get this app working for tomorrow’s release. Hoping for better health and more positivity then.

Cheers,
Paulie [eatl/ga]

    Oh that stinks. Feel Better..

We tried to watch “Safe House” on demand last night. We have been having problems with some signal loss, and at the big finish, the screen was almost completely blasted. We know something happened, but will have to go back and watch the last 10 minutes again!! And call the cable company…

Farley is off to the vet again- getting an MRI. Poor baby.

Have you ever tried Tylenol PM or Advil PM or any of those types of things? Some nights when I know I’m going to have trouble sleeping I take half one or full one. It really helps me to fall asleep, because some nights my mind just doesn’t shut off. Do you think part (or all) of this is stress related to the release tomorrow? or, are you actually sick?

I’ve got LOTS of turkey soup at the house if you want to come over, Allan goes crazy making the turkey stock, which becomes the soup. Just add some wild rice or noodles – we ahve found the soup is much better if you do that right before you eat, otherwise it soaks up too much of the stock.

    I’m back!

Sorry your not feeling well. I’m a little nervous about my health right now…I had a co-worker show up two days in a row, coughing and sneezing (overall looking like hell) and yesterday on the plane, I was seated next to a strange, almost creepy dude, doing pretty much the same thing…then I woke up with a bad headache today. I WILL NOT be sick, I just can’t!

I hope Farley feels better soon, it was bad enough with Logan lame (and I’ve had giant dogs in the past) so I know what you guys are going through.

I’m way behind on TV viewing but I did manage to watch “Snow White and the Huntsman” (over all not bad but god Kristen Steward is just terrible)….and “Abe Lincon: Vampire Hunter”, it was about what you would expect.

Thanks all. I don’t see myself being at the office much longer. In addition to the illness I am fighting yet another chronic health problem today. Who said getting older is the better of he two options?

I’ve never tried either of those. I was tired so I assumed that I would sleep, I just didn’t. I’m no doctor, but I don’t think this is stress-related.

If you think you have the flu, get to the doctor for some Tamiflu (if you’ve had symptoms for less than two days)…while the illness may not be stress related, stress (and lack of sleep) can make things worse.

If you can’t sleep I recomend taking something…sounds like you need rest more than anything. Benadryl will also help you get some sleep and may help with any nasal congestion you may be experiencing.

Welcome to my insomnia world! I operate on an average of 4 hours of sleep.

    Martha, where’d you go?
