The Funny Thing About Programming

It doesn’t take much to fuck everything up. I pushed through some major hurdles yesterday but still have much work to do before tomorrow’s last demo before the big trade show in Amsterdam (to which I am not going).

Tomorrow might be a “real” post.

Until then…

Cheers,
Paulie [eatl/ga]

So, are we thinking a Silk Sheets ride Monday morning? not too early?
Allan will be there too. I will be slowwwwww. its beenf orever since I’ve been on the road bike.

I can’t believe they wouldn’t send you to support the app. Cheap ba$tards.

I spent most of yesterday on a conference call, troubleshooting a problem that has yet to be resolved. For this application, we are only the backup site, but it would be nice to get the application working again. Sound familiar, Paulie?

Monday, riding Silk Sheets, from the church, meet 09:00, wheels up 09:15. Fast people should bring slow bikes.

  3. Barb says:

so Steve, will you be riding your mtn bike?

  4. Oh yeah, I will be having some fun tonight however. For the first time in AGES I am headed to Dad’s Garage. Tonight (and tomorrow night) Colin Mochrie (from “Whose Line Is It Anyway?”) will be performing with the improv comedians.

I might ride my mountain bike or my CX bike. And depending what’s on Debbie’s schedule for Saturday, I might go ride some of the “One Love” century. MACC does a great job on their rides.

  6. Barb says:

I thought about the One Love ride, I like those guys.

  7. Debbie says:

I’m riding Saturday morning so have at it!

Doctor’s appointment for Dad this afternoon. He’s doing much better physically, but he’s seeing things a lot. At least he has a sense of humor about it when I point it out. I think he and Mom will be able to manage on their own again which will be a relief.
