Action-packed weekend including going to a hash Saturday, and walking over nine miles yesterday. I even managed to get a little sunburned yesterday. Who could’ve seen that coming given Friday’s forecast? Beer was consumed every day; German homework was not done on any day. Tonight I will have to invert that statement.

Back! And tan and fat and relaxed. I have vowed never to wait an entire year for a vacation again – was getting quite ornery at the end there. Already have the next one planned. Okay, it’s just Wisconsin in July…but it’s still vacation. Will take orders for cheese and New Glarus beers when when the time comes. 🙂

I was so sorry to hear about Gary; great guy. I wasn’t that close with him but do have fond memories of fun hash times. My heart goes out to you who were his close friends. xoxo

I’m back as well – not tanned, but definitely fat – I was relaxed, until I got here to the office.
We got home Saturday night – decided to hash Black Sheep on Sunday – there was no short cutting – a long A to B trail – Sani, Hung Jury & I put in almost 6 miles walking.

where was the hash Saturday? who was the hare?

  3. Welcome back ITP(ish) to both of you!

The hash Saturday was at Yellow River. The hare was Dribbles Before He Shoots. There were about 25 there, many “old timers”. Decidedly not an old timer was my friend Bonnie, who did her first hash – a nearly 5.5 mile jog/walk of shiggy and sidewalk/road. She had an interest I trying a hash, and seemed to enjoy it! The two members of the Mag 7 present (Bean and Show Uranus) have lost their touch, as I don’t think that either of them hit on her. Lol

If Bonnie is who you wanted to show your 1990s Tevas then it’s a blessing for her that you discarded them. Talk about losing one’s touch…. 😂😂😂 😉😉😉

Celebrating “44 out of 45” Presidents Day in bed. With vertigo.

Managed some lumberjacking on Saturday before the vertigo hit Sunday morning.

A sighting of the elusive Paulie at “Muchacho” (Memorial Drive) for breakfast this morning. Gold mine. Located right on the (soon to be opned) BeltLine.

Listen, in person, Paulie dude is certainly in better shape, better looking (stylish beard, haircut, outfit, etc.) and (by all indications) doing better than reported on these pages. A regular Chatty Cathy too. Mr. Personality, Life of the Party. But what do I know? 🙂

(I paid ‘Ham to say all that.) — Editor . 🙂

Ultimately our plans were a bust (breakfast at Muchacho, some shooting in Oakland Cemetery followed by a run through the Atlanta History Center, then lunch at White House). Weather got us. However, it was good to see eddybody. And participants each left with a limited edition genuine HamWithCam 3D-printed plastic bottle opener. Weeee. (I’d better not find these on eBay)

Warm as all get out this week.
    Spring done sprung.

  7. Was a very bad man at lunch and ate way too many calories. I put myself in the penalty box and made an indirect 1.3 mile walk back to the office from Taco Mac.
