Today’s Plywood Presents starts at 8:30am so I am using this an an excuse to take a day off from blogging.

    I’m back at work – these relatives have worn me out (as well as all the stress at work). I never go to bed early & I was asleep at 9:30 last night. tonight is the last night, they fly out tomorrow. They are coming over to the house for a smoked pulled pork dinner. Glad Allan is off today to get all this stuff done.

    We did some “drive bys” last night, in preparation of actual tours to take place on Sunday with the realtor. Each have their own charm, and drawbacks. The one with the nicest man cave (!!) is in the sketchiest part of town across from a little hole in the wall store that likely makes most of its money selling ’40’s and single cigaretttes. Another is in a nice neighborhood, but a tiny backyard the dogs would soon have their way with. The third has a tiny storage shed, needs fencing, and an odd shed roof parking area- imagine Sani and Bunny’s only with a slope to the outside and a height of about 5′.

    We’ve countered, though they haven’t gotten it yet.

    TOMORROW!!! DREAM CARS at the High!! Hslf price after 4PM!! Be there!

    Steve- what part of town/where are you “shopping” for new houses?

    Downtown Newnan. Walking distance to the square. I would still like property, but we need internet access as well… hard to be in the woods and have cable.
