Super Quick

After an incredibly stressful drive from Perimeter Mall to Ansley Mall I was able to make it to my haircut appointment with three minutes to spare. I left the office with a one hour, forty-five minute buffer.

After looking as good as an unattractive, fifty-year-old man can look, I drove to Cameli’s to join the trivia nerds. I made it there with more time to spare, and we won, of course. I changed things up last night, drinking Coke (which is arguably worse for me than beer) and eating a mediocre “cuban” panini.

I’ll be waking up early again tomorrow to head to The Hambidge Center for the Creative Arts and Sciences. I’m joining a High Museum of Art field trip up there. I’m still considerin staying overnight at Dillard House and doing the Sunday tour as well. However if the group breaks up on Saturday in time for me to scurry back ITP I’ll be returning to Terminal West, this time for another Polyphonic Spree show.

Too much to do today here at work, so I need to get cracking.

Cheers,
Paulie [eatl/ga]

I’m not sure exactly when we were dubbed “trivia nerds” but I bet we can come up with something more clever than that. 😉 I do like the whole “we won, of course” though.

    Glad you guys won.
We ate too much chinese food & drank too mcuh wine last night.
$160 worth of Tasty China is a lot of food.
    We’ve got plenty of leftovers.

Hopefully we will get started on the shed on Sunday….. but, we have people coming over for dinner after the Falcons game, so not sure how much we will get done.

Barb, I bet I know what you’re serving for dinner. 😉 hahaha

  4. Barb says:

    You would be wrong Stacy.
Had it for lunch, as did Allan & he will take the rest to the firehouse tomorrow.
Dinner Sunday will be Flank steak rollups stuffed with boursin cheese & spinach.

I was kinda teasing anyway. You don’t strike me as the type of person who would serve 2-day-old leftovers at your dinner party. 🙂
