Not 100%

I’m struggling today. Not only did I not sleep well last night, I think that I am fighting a cold today. This really sucks because I have full weekend plans already and can’t afford to be sick. Meh.

Now That I Know What To Do
When I arrived home last night I saw a small camper parked in my neighbor’s driveway. Clearly there must be someone living in this camper so I shall be looking for time today to call the City of Atlanta’s Code Enforcement. 😉

Ready For Something New
Still kicking around plans to alter my life significantly. Maybe it’s the fever talking…

Time for me to rush out another release of my code.

Cheers,
Paulie [eatl/ga]

Don’t be my neighbor – maybe go ask them what’s up, or maybe it is a weekend guest, or maybe they just bought it, before you call code enforcement. When they come to the neighborhood, they look at everyone & everything – you might not like what they find in your yard.
We had the camper opened up for a day or 2 to check it out & someone called.

  2. I guess that my jest didn’t come through as I have no intention of calling Code Enforcement. 🙂

From what I saw this morning, a white-haired man standing next to the camper, it’s the parents of one of the “kids” who owns it.

I didn’t think you were “that guy”, and knew Barb would tell you where to put your code enforcement.

About to head off to Meansville on the bike for lunch at Debbie’s folks. Dads birthday celebration continues.

Tomorrow, I’ll be marching in the St. Patrick’s parade. Maybe some of those in town types will be along the sidelines.

A great weekend. Hope you feel better Paulie.

I know the AFD has a group marching – I want to ride my bike outside – so I doubt I will head downtown. Allan is working.

And – I assumed you were using that sarcasm font that I couldn’t see – but those code enforcement people just get under my skin.

  5. Yeah, the reason I don’t live in a “community” is because I don’t care for the code enforcement mindset.

so, just learned something new. Checking FedEx tracking for some wine – and I wanted to be sure the winery put the business address correct. There is no address anywhere on theeeeir tracking screens. I had to call. They say it is for security.

  7. Post-9/11, when in doubt, claim it’s for “security”

  8. Barb says:

at least the hold time wasn’t much at all
