Trying To Be Thankful

I realize that in the grand scheme of things I have a little about which I should complain. Sometimes I wonder if the little things, such as the damn TPMS light which came on again while driving home last night, erode good tidings more than anything else.

For the rest of today I will attempt to stay calm and put all of my little shit into perspective.

Happy Thanksgiving to my American ITP Readers, which I believe is all of you.

    Thank Paulie.

I don’t think it’s uncommon to forget how blessed we are. Safe, warm, secure, well fed. Loved by friends and held in high regard, its a life many seek and others can only dream of.

This day, I’m thankful for my wonderful wife and our crazy animals and the love we share amongst them. Thankful for our home and the life we live from it, thankful for our work and all that it allows us to do.

I’m also thankful for out friendship and all the laughter you provide us.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

  2. Tried to go out and earn my Apple Watch Turkey Day 5k achievement badge and came up lame with shin splints in the first mile. DANGEN!

Going to remove myself from all social media until Monday. There will be no blog tomorrow.

    I need to get away…

Lovely sentiments, Steve. Thank you. <3 The part about having what others seek but can only dream of really hit home. I never thought about it that way. It really does make a person feel thankful.

Paulie won't see this (until Monday maybe) but it was great coloring with you yesterday. *grin* Your side dish was divine, parsnips or no parsnips.

Happy Thanksgiving my friend. I am thankful for being able to call you a friend after just a few years of knowing each other.

    Take care eh!
