Yes, I am hashing again. Yes, it’s because someone has resurrected my interest which seems appropriate for this week.

Wow – you went to Moonlight? I guess it was in the neighborhood………

Survived the 1st day, boring as to be expected, I need training of course, and its hard for Haden to find time to explain it all…… so lots of hurry up & wait……..

    • I did. I thought Stan would start in Grant Park, but he moved it over toward Decatur and ended in Avondale Estates.

I am considering laying next Monday’s trail, but don’t have Davy’s contact info. And, I am going to sign up for Table Rock camp out. Who am I?

      • Steve says:

This must be the first sign of the apocalypse.

      • Could be. I want to title next Monday’s hash “Wee Is Risen”.

      • Barb says:

I will text you Davey’s contact info.
I think we will skip Table Rock this year, it was fun, but even with the camper there was plenty of noise all night.
I can’t leave early, so unless Allan wants to go early & I get someone to carpool with Friday night, it won’t happen.

        • Stacy says:

Hahaha I just pointed Davey to your blog (we were already having an unrelated conversation this morning). If you hare it, I’ll come out to play! 🙂

        • Thanks to both of you. If I hare it will be in town, surprise, surprise. I see a lot of Monday hashes have been in the areas this year, but I have a plan. 🙂

Continued working on the new fenceline so the horses can be contained all the way to the barn. We bumped into Mr. Ruff at breakfast on Sunday and he isn’t interested in selling us the 12 acres. He wants to sell it as a whole. Considering we sit in the middle of the property, I think the chances are slim.

    • Out of curiosity, how many acres is the entire acreage?

      • Steve says:

On our side of the road, he owns 62 acres, with our little patch of 10 and the 2 behind us where the business was, punched out of the middle. He might cave, but he’s pretty ornery. And that still leaves a 5 acre tract where his son (the one not in jail) lives.

  3. Steve says:

    I’m in!!

  4. Apparently it’s on like Donkey Kong — I am next Monday’s hare.

I’m a great new employee – I have to leave to go to the dentist about 2pm. I managed to chip a tooth over the weekend.

BTW – just had a conversation with some people here – a guy just sold his house using Offerpad. He said it was so easy, and he thinks it was fairly competitive for the lack of effort on his part. Something to think about if you need to sell the house.
