Off to Creative Mornings this morning. Unfortunately for my waistline no exercise is involved.

    This should be my Friday off, but with Sam just returned from California, he took a day, so I’m covering. I’ll take Tuesday, so I might just go hash Monday night. Is there a “Painful Member” Tuesday? Marquis de Shiggy should be celebrated appropriately.

    Anyone riding this weekend? It was so nice out this morning. Hopefully it will be like this over the weekend and I can get motivated to get my ass out of bed.

      If we can get our asses out of bed, we may got out to Arabia Mountain PATH trail Saturday morning. A BRAG friend (Steve) from Thomson is in town & riding with Stan (they are too fast for me) – but we may meet up with them for lunch in EAV or somewhere in town.

    I definitely need to ride this weekend. It’s a magic eraser for my brain.

    Lovely breakfast today at Rising Son in Avondale Estates. Highly recommended.

    Nothing much going on for us – work is work, same shit, different day. NOTHING has changed, I loved the song & dance I got from Mr Big Shot in telling me about how so much has changed for the better. HAHAHAHAHA.
    But – some people here did learn my accounts, so I have backup, so that is better.

    Allan has to work the Atlanta United game Saturday night – anyone going? Let him know.
    He got a few shows on the books for July at Chastain too –
    Saturday 7/7 – Barenaked Ladies , Better than Ezra, KT Tunstall
    Wed 7/11 – Modern English & Belinda Carlisle
    Wed 7/18 – Echo & the Bunnymen & Violent Femmes
    (I feel like there was another, but I can’t remember)

    Oh, and emissions tests are done for the year. Thank you, Paulie, for helping me get a jump on that. I’ve been busy enough this summer that I could have easily boxed myself in again on tag renewal.

      One of the small advantages of living in BFE Meriwether County- no emissions testing.

      got my emissions done & tags already for my mid July birthday. I’m was way ahead of the game this year (for a change)

    Wall Street must of found out that Wells Fargo no longer keeps Canadian cash on hand, which is probably why the stock is up nearly 5% today.

    No Canadian cash at two more Wells Fargo branches. Probable giving up on this, will take my chances in Canada. 🤬🤬🤬

      Dude, you can totally pay with USD or a credit card unless you’re going to be off in the wilderness. Yes, you’ll take a small hit on the exchange rate, but it’s sounds like you’re just trying to cover incidentals, so the difference shouldn’t be material. Especially given how much you’re testing the limits of your blood pressure. Or get currency at the airport. Or delivered to your home or office: https://www.travelex.com. This really doesn’t have to be a thing.
