   Dermatologist appointment is this morning so I am up and out early. I am currently on the west side, eating at a new-to-me restaurant called “Holler & Dash Biscuit House”. I was going to try and eat vegetarian the rest of the month, but the fried chicken biscuit sounded too good.

       Holler & Dash Biscuit House website says 7-2 weekdays, 7-4 weekends.

       Food was good, but not good enough to holler about. I ordered the fried chicken biscuit which had feta and red pepper jelly on it, ordered tots for my side, and a coffee – $13.50. I could make this at home, but I wasn’t at home this morning.

   We decided to start watching The Killing on Netflix, and then after we started, noticed Netflix is pulling the series on August 1st. What the hell? We need to get thru the 1st season to see who killed the girl…….. so some sort of binge watching is going on – at least a couple episodes a night.

     I am once again considering pulling the plug on Netflix. Of course I have started watching the new episodes of “Comedians In Cars Getting Coffee” so I probably won’t.

         I have a few friends using mine, but I use their Hulu, HBO, etc. I like these trading games.

   Kudos to the dermatologist! I was ridiculously early for my appointment and had intended to sit in the waiting area reading. However after ten minutes my name was called and I was in a room. Quick visit resulting in a prescription and I was out before my scheduled appointment time. Only bad part of this is now I am at “XYZ Corp” working a full day. 😉

   I don’t know what band references y’all are making.

   A slow start to the morning from home. Taking a comp day for my work last weekend in New Orleans and preparing for my work this weekend in New Orleans. Watching my guilty pleasure of “so you think you can dance “. Speed watching is the way to go. While the stories are moving I’m not really interested and much prefer just watching the performances.

   There was talk of a bowling evening and 57th fighter group and I hope that can be postponed until next weekend when I’m actually in town, but do what you gotta do.

     Bowling postponed. I will be going to Newnan on Saturday to do Head Nurse’s trail. Due to travel and other obligations August will be difficult for me, so I may table the idea until September.

       I want to go to Newnan, but a trail near home may be easier – we might want to go meet some non-hasher people for dinner.

       did I miss the potential bowling & 57 Fighter group planning? Saturday would be bad for us as well.

   Barn cleaned, laundry going, riding postponed, TdF being speed watched. If you didn’t see yesterday’s stage, it was pretty amazing. The grid start was unnecessary, as going uphill from the gun was quite enough to sort everyone out. Only 60km of seriously hard racing.

       Junior Road Nationals outside of Baltimore, or wherever Gaithersburg is. I’ve already worked 2 and have collegiate track yet to work.
