Returned to Instant Pot success last night by making a version of teriyaki chicken. I used MorningStar Farms “Chik’n Strips†instead of real chicken, and added broccoli and red bell pepper to the dish neither of which were in the recipe.
FWIW – I will be attempting to reinstate GDPR compliance in the next two weeks.

GDPR = the EU’s “General Data Protection Regulationâ€. It’s the regulation that is requiring you all to re-enter your name / email.

After doing the requisite chrimma shopping, I parked near George’s and took a nice walk to inspect the chrimma lights. I’m still a bit confised by the cow, complete with decorations- the only decorated feature of the yard. Not and inflatable and pretty full sized.
Spoke to Phred and Slippery When Wet before they went walking. Tastes Great and her husband were in town visiting. Spoke to Boner for a sec- did you know De-boner had a heart attack? He reported she’s fine now… Afterbirth and Bubbette had family in town, so they sat with them. And the turkey ruben is still pretty good.
Same George’s after a 2 year absence, as far as I can remember.

went to the Christmas Story “popup” bar/restaurant last night – what a scam to get people to come to your restaurant.
Hardly any Christmas Story decorations, but there was a nice leg lamp.
Food was tapas, and pretty tasty, wine was 1/2 price on Wednesday, so a great time was had. Even had an after party at my house, as some of the folks at the restaurant has to drive by on the way home. (already paid for wine is even cheaper than 1/2 price wine). Finally got the party to end at midnight.
Red Eyed Mule………. I’m so full.
