2019-12-31

Well, we’ve almost made it through another year. While 2019 has had some high points for me, the last six months of injuries, health related issues, and unfortunate circumstances have taken the wind out of the sails.

I was going to weigh myself this morning, and I may do so anyway just to have a starting number for next year.

No resolutions for 2020 other than to try to enjoy my time on this Earth a little more than I did this year.

Enjoy our time… that’s about any of us can wish for- I hope you are able to accomplish that.

2019- I will be glad to see it in the rear view mirror. Happy to have survived it and look forward to 2020. I don’t know if I have big plans- I hope we can actually take a vacation that doesn’t involve dogs, horses, or bicycles. That was the plan prior to the heart attack.

Resolutions? Lose weight, ride more, enjoy my scooter and perhaps use it to go camping. We’ll see how that all works out in a year…

    Happy New Years Eve!
Slept in, i actually slept 10 hours, that never happens.

Only resolution I’ve got is to move more, ride the bikes more, anything like that. 2019 I was way too much of a slug.

Hope to see most ITP readers at Nacho Cheddarhead tomorrow.

  3. Was going to go on a road bike ride with Bonnie until I stepped outside. Brrr! Last week’s Florida weather and the warmer days this week fooled me into thinking it would be warm outside today.

    • Steve says:

You left your warm clothes in Florida? C’mon!!!

    • Warm clothes are here, along with the memory that I walked to Midway in 70°F heat two days ago. That’s why my mind is still thinking that it’s going to warm enough for me to ride today; it’s not, going for a walk instead.
