Hey, the site was updated and I am still here! 🎉
If you know me you probably know that I am very good at one thing, falling asleep. Let me quickly make the clarification that “falling asleep” is vastly different from “sleeping”, as I can fall asleep quickly but rarely remain asleep for the entire night.
Knowing this I should never, I say never, allow myself to lay down under covers to watch TV after eating, unless of course I have no desire to do anything except wake up, rustle, and return to sleep for the all night long. Which, you might correctly gather, is what happened last night.
I did put in a 45 minute workout on the trainer.
While I didn’t make a new batch of food, I did eat leftovers that were residing in my refrigerator.
That is all I did last night.
A happy Lunar (aka “Chinese”) New Year to you all tomorrow. I am going to be treated to some homemade dumplings at a friend’s house tomorrow night. Woot!
