I am cold, in pain, and currently obsessed with a jigsaw puzzle that I started this week.
For the first there is heat.
For the second there will be chiropractor and doctor visits.
For the third there is time. Once I finish this puzzle I am going to take a break from puzzles in order to get other things done.
I didn’t leave the house yesterday until I went to Betsy’s house for dinner.
In a search to see when Winter’s grip will start to ease revealed a long term weather forecast which predicts thunderstorms next week with days that get as high as 70°F and go no lower than 60°F. Go figure…

The saga of the heat continues. Mark and his sidekick Eric arrived at 8PM. He said it might just be a fuse and that would be quick. After diagnosing is to a failing relay and bypassing the relay, the connection to the wireless thermostat failed. They set up a temporary device and will be back for the final repair today. Wow.
Services for Good Neighbor Steve will be Saturday. He was just 53! Way too young…

Perfect on Connections, no mistakes: green > yellow > purple > blue. How would ANYONE ever get blue?! Also, you have to be older than like 45 to get one of the purple ones.
I agree about today’s blue, it’s a bit bullshit. I’m curious to know to which of the purple ones you refer.

Barb is correct. It ceased to be a thing once email became prevalent. I remember getting one in the late ’90s and thinking how antiquated it was.

So my first guess was PEACOCK, SCARLET, GREEN, WHITE, because all are characters from the board game Clue. That was the trap into which I fell.
