Hey New York Times, why not pick a Wordle solution that doesn’t start with an “S”? At lease seven of the past fifteen Wordle solutions have been “S” words.

On the road back to Atlanta.

Wordle: two, my starter was REACH
Connections: perfect, Purple > Green > Blue > Yellow

Wordle in 3, narrowly averted catastrophe in Connections. Strands was tricky but I got there.

I have my cats back for about two weeks thanks to someone else going on a couple of road trips. It’s so good!

  2. Barb says:

Today will be a slower day work wise – lots of places closed for Good Friday.
Do I go get some fish n chips today?? hmmmmmm

a little walk around the neighborhood last night with Kristina – but it ended up 3 miles – so that was good.

Not sure what’s on the agenda tonight – Red Hare is closing the Delk Ind Rd (aka the original) facility – so F*ckeye is laying a hash trail over there Saturday.
Sunday is the Easter ride out at Rambo. I need to figure out what food to make/bring.

    Wordle in 4
Connections was dumb and I failed miserably
I thought Strands was going to be all curse words and I would have nailed it! I don’t know French stuff so I gave up

Another HOA meeting last night, we had to go over our budget before the big annual meeting next month. I guess people want to know how we are spending their HOA dues 🙂 Wrapped it up early enough to meet the ramble at the beer stop.

Flying out Sunday, looking forward to some chill time in Key West

    • Barb says:

Bob – report in from FL – let me know what you think about the Key West Express!

      Have a great time!

  4. Bob says:

Safe travels Paulie, hope you are feeling better.

    Wordle in 3.

My chiropractor is concerned for the spot on my back she can’t fix, so is insistent I contact my PCP. I’ll do that today.

I got a wild hare (!) and bought brake shoes for the Mazda. I know it’s overdue, and now that I’ve watched a couple YouTube videos, I’m an expert! That will be todays chore.

I think it was 45 minutes on the trainer last night. Increasing power intervals. I made it through the 5×3 minute ones but the last 6 minute one was going to kill me, so I bailed.

Safe travels, Paulie. And have a grea trip, Bob.

Wordle in 3. My second word was REACH….might have gotten it in two. 🙂 A few mistakes in Connections but got there. Blue, Green, Purple, Yellow. I gave up on Strands. Had an echo and stress test morning. All good. 98% better than most 40 year olds and VO2 MAX was really good. Going out to test my creek for this month in the beautiful sunshine.

  7. Does anyone remember that I played today’s Wordle answer as my first word yesterday? DANGEN!

  8. Debbie says:

Wordle in 4 starting with SPARE. I had the first 3 letters in my second guess, but took a couple wrong turns. Conniptions and 7 hints on Strands – shouldn’t have bothered!

Did a free Intro to Pilates class this morning and signed up for a 3-month membership. My gift to myself for selling my horse. Hopefully the Pilates will undo some of the damage he did to my body.

    Happy Easter friends!

  9. Feeling slightly better, though issues remain.

Snagged a gas pump at Buc-ee’s but it was such a madhouse I didn’t even venture to go inside.

    • Steve says:

It’s always a madhouse, that’s part of the charm.

      Glad you’re feeling better.

Front shoes replaced. Rear shoes don’t seem to fit, but as 70% of your stopping is on the front brakes and the tested great, I put the old shoes back on the rear and called it a day.
