Life continues to move ahead, I continue to try to reintroduce discipline into my life.

Due to a mistype this morning I discovered there is another “Inside The Perimeter” out there, this one in Canada. I think you’d agree that our content is on the same intellectual plane.

Unfortunately I can’t put my Wordle pattern in the blog, because WordPress will mangle the emoji. I had all green squares, essentially building the word left to right.

Wordle: six, my starter was SURGE
Connections: perfect, Green > Yellow > Purple > Blue

    Wordle in 4.

After a poor ride last night and a rapid heart rate (80) through the night, when i didnt feel much better this morning, I came to see my friends at the Piedmont Newnan ER.

So far, no one thinks I’m having a heart attack but me. We shall see….

    I’ll keep you posted.

  2. Boy it’s humid out there…

My drive up to Lowe’s and Target showed me how much trash assholes threw onto Flat Shoals. So, upon returning home I grabbed my pick’em up stick and a compost bag and wandered up to and around EAV picking up trash. I’m sweating now, but apparently didn’t work hard enough to register exercise on my Apple Watch.

Bowling league was almost a bust last night. Turns out the league we showed up for was full of super serious bowlers and has a $700 prize for first place. Then they told us the league was going to be sanctioned which means you have to be at least 18. Fortunately there was another (non-sanctioned) league starting up so we moved to that one. This one has 4 person teams and we got paired up with a dude named Larry from Iowa who showed up by himself. This worked out much better as this is a fun league and our new friend Larry is a good bowler and was coaching Travis throughout the night. Fun times!

I went over to my friend Sarah’s house for sushi and basketball watching. Very fun and relaxing.

This morning I had my “annual” physical, I say “annual” because life got in the way and it’s been probably two years since my last physical. Oh well! All is good, of course.

  5. Eating a really good pasta lunch made with the leeks that I harvested from WLF yesterday. 😀

Storing this away for a future day, this is right up my alley. Of course, I would add onion to this and use fresh garlic.

      • I thought it was really tasty.

Solid additions. I would too, but for my first go I tried to follow the recipe as is. Heck, I even weighted the pasta and leeks! I won’t do that when I make this again, but it was okay to do so.

  6. Just received an email from Wells Fargo informing me that they are removing their ATMs from QTs in Georgia. WTF, yo? Wells Fargo has closed some of their branches I used to use, and now this? I wonder if it’s time for me to close my account.

    • Jenka says:

I found this out the hard way a couple of months ago when we went to use the one at the QT at Lindbergh and it was magically gone.

    • Barb says:

I dumped Wells Fargo so many years ago – they annoyed me about something. Switched everything to Truist (because that’s who has our mortgage.)

    Free, free, set him free!

Xray, CT, nothing. Follow up with cardiologist, same song second verse. Said something about a “chest pain group” that will follow up with me.

WF now charges you to have an account with them if you dont meet all the rules. Sadly Truist does this as well, which is where our other accounts are. $10 a month Truist collects for the pleasu re e of holding our money. Im too lazy to change the accounts.

  8. Every once in a while I think one of my injuries/maladies has gone away, but then I get up and move around and am reminded that it is still an issue.
