Back To Being Too Busy

Someday I’ll look back at my dedication to getting things done and laugh my fat ass off. Perhaps then I will finally lose weight.

Enjoy your day. I’ll be in a meeting during Apple’s event so let me know what they announce.

Cheers,
Paulie [eatl/ga]

    ‘Morning all.

I walked to lunch yesterday and picked up a cable from the bike shop across Piedmont Park. Put it on with no problem and got it adjusted and shifting in no time last night.

We were in the dark last night, from the strandpoint of no cable/phone/internet so we actually had to TALK to one another!! It was as pleasant an evening as I have had in a long time. Thank you honey.

Off to the mountain after work to do a quick walk about of the field prior to the now regular weekly meeting. It’s almost October?? WTF?

  2. Oh yeah, did anyone else see the cyclist spat yesterday that got the two participants eliminated from la Vuelta?

    You mean this one?

Remember Paulie, nobody on their deathbed looked back and said “I wish I worked more”

I got to the blog too late to comment yesterday, but your deadpan “I win a lot” has got to go down as the funniest line of the entire Summer Slacker Series.

And I agree with Bob. Got to find some balance grasshopper.

Bob, you guys were missed this weekend!

Thanks Debbie, our day was filled with cub scout stuff and a soccer game. I wish I could have gone riding and swimming instead. Parenting has some tough choices. With Laura’s running, my riding, cub scouts, and soccer for Travis I can’t sneeze anymore without checking my calendar first 🙂

It’s all good though, be on the lookout for the house warming invite. Should be in a couple weeks.

that’s an awesome story from the Vuelta.

Steve & Debbie had to talk to each other – how crazy is that? That’s why Allan & I take walks around the neighborhood occasionally, we have to talk to each other.
Glad you got the bike working. I’ll tell Allan.

house warming party – got a date set? we don’t have kids, but we do have a crowded calendar.

  7. Ditto on the crowded calendar.

Just not the 27th if you can avoid it…
