I’m watching Season 1 on Hulu. I’m sure that the following seasons will be less entertaining because the contestants know more about what they need to do.
It appears I didn’t completely avoid the poison ivy on Wednesday. It doesn’t seem too bad right now, let’s hope it stays this way.
I’ve got nothing packed for the weekend – done no shopping – good thing there is a grocery store not too far from the outfitter.
Paulie- if you feel crazy- Adventures Unlimited in Ocoee, TN – tent camping is cheap, rafting gathers at 0900-0930am (guess I should look at that up), I have no idea if there are openings, or what the full day costs, paid for it last year.
Lots of people you’ve met before, and there’s the Bus Bar if you want to meet new people.
Sounds fun, but I am staying home this weekend. Enjoy the trip!

Chris Isaak put on a good show. He and Lyle came out on stage with a referee in stripes, supposedly flipped a coin to see who would go first. The ushers had already told us, so it was all part of the show. Lyle’s band required a completely different staging, but in a half hour they were ready. Unfortunately his voice and the sound were not good. We bailed after about 30 minutes. Debbie saw her boyfriend and she was happy.
Heading home via OHOP or another breakfast option. The farm sitter reports George isn’t happy, so must be missing us.

Starting to imagine WLF 3.0. I assume that I will be here in 2023, because I need to hire a contractor and get the major systems plumbing/electrical overhauled, and consider a new roof with eave repair. $$$$$ 🙁

It depends on the estimates. This house is barely sufficient for me, so if there is ever going to be someone coming over in the distant future then it needs to be fully operational.
But you know, I blather about a lot of shit in this space, so I make no guarantees.
I think it would be worth the investment in the long run. While the market is overall cooling, i think in-town will stay warm for a while.
But I know how you would miss the waschesalon…

Chris Isaak was great. Our seats were so so. I was really disappointed that Lyle Lovett’s sound was so bad. The lyrics of his songs are what make them great, and if you can’t hear them it’s pointless.
Nice lunch catch up with Katherine at Murphy’s. Since lunch was a bit later, we skipped dinner. Probably a good thing, but I’m feeling it now. OHOP will be awesome!
Our staycation has been nice. I’d do it again with a little more on the day time agenda.

We are kid-free this weekend, woohoo! The only two items on the agenda are buying a new fridge and going to the Braves game on Sunday. OH, and birthday dinner for a friend at Sotto Sotto tonight.
