It rained, and rains, and rained some more. Thankfully we got a bit of a respite as the rain stopped for a few hours around dinner time. The portions of the field on which people drive quickly turns into a quagmire.

I was happy that I didn’t obey the rules for arrival, and though my TPMS went off again, I was able to get to Rutledge and set up prior to the rain starting.

I solved today’s Wordle in four attempts; my starter today was BACON.

good morning from the camper at Spring Tune Up.
MY phone hotspot is working just fine. Getting a little work done, trying to figure out if its really going to rain in 30 minutes.

The gang all left at 0830 – I’m guessing most will do the 69 mile loop, even though more than a couple said they weren’t going to ride that far. I think it will be determined by if it actually rains or not.

The Sunflower Farms grassy parking & camping area s a muddy mess from all the rain yesterday.

    Wordle in 4,
and David – Mini in 44 seconds!

Woot! Of course I’m going to one-up you on both counts, Wordle in 3 starting with BEAST (thanks, Debbie!) and Mini in 29. With that said, 44 is a great score for the Mini. Your crossword perseverance is starting to get rewarded!

    Wordle in 3.

Yesterdays’ stage was a cold and misty day. 6 15 mile hilly laps followed by yer sting in the tail of 5 miles at 6%. In thick fog. I jumped out at the line and started hand scoring as I wasn’t sure the cameras would see well enough.

Dinner with the organization last night. Home meds meatloaf. Very nicely done.

Time trial today. Should be easy except for more misty rain.

Wordle in 5 starting with STEAD.

Still no baby. Very little rain here and now the sun is out. Hope it’s out in Rutledge, too.

    Happy Friday!

    Greetings from Ellijay!

It poured in Atlanta for about 5 minutes as we were leaving around 12:30, and it rained off and on the whole ride up 575. Our plan this weekend is to relax.

We went to Six Feet for dinner last night and my friend Sarah clued me into the chicken sandwich. How have I never had that before?! It’s so good!

Today I hit day 450 on Duolingo, so add that to the 300 or so I had before I took those fateful three days off.
